WHOA Travel is a boutique adventure company for women by women. I wrote about my experiences in Haiti for their blog, hoping to inspire others to take more risks in travel, and life.
I wrote this article as a response to an NPR piece talking about the challenges of Haiti becoming a tourism destination. As someone who's brought many volunteers down, I give my own perspective on the topic.
