Problem:
Episerver, a leading digital experience platform, acquired an optimization company called Optimizely, choosing to take on their name as well. In light of this acquisition, they came to co for help creating a cohesive brand story, tone, and look that would both bring the company together internally, and distinguish themselves to the marketplace.
Solution:
This engagement spanned across two phases both Brand and Product, and included:
Strategic deep-dives to generate the brand purpose to: “Unlock digital potential” and product story around simple sophistication.
A new visual identity including new logo
Designed creative assets to be used both internally and externally
A messaging toolkit for both brand and product translating offering proof points into more human, conversational language
As the Creative Director and lead writer I oversaw our team of designers and partnered with strategists to generate the story, tone, and messaging.
